  • Check all faucets (sinks, tubs, showers, etc) to make sure all are in working order and draining

  • check toilets to make sure flushing properly and water levels in tank

  • Check out hot water heater to ensure no leaks and venting properly (if gas unit)

*Plumbing Inspection does not include crawling under house in crawl space to check plumbing or checking propane tanks.
